How can I protect my urethra from chlorine? I need to swim + pool gives me temporary cystitis- type symptoms? - non chlorinated sanitizer for dishwashing

I'm having trouble walking and swimming is my only exercise. I will not have access to a group of non-chlorinated. I tried baking soda, urine and application of Vaseline alkalized directly into the urethra. You help. All ideas welcome!
